Registration Fee
Disclaimer:
- In compliance with the Indonesian Government regulation, the Value Added Tax for Sales and Service (PPN) is 12%. The registration fees displayed above do not include the PPN amount. The final amount you will be required to pay, inclusive of the 12% PPN, will be displayed upon reaching the payment portal.
- Please note that when you enter the payment portal, your USD payment fee will be automatically converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at a fixed rate of approximately 16,500.

The full articles of the abstracts can be published in these SCOPUS indexed international journals:
Registration includes:
- Publish the full articles in the above SCOPUS Q1/Q2 journals for free and/or with special discounts (must be submitted full manuscripts on or before 31 December 2026)
- Entry to all scientific sessions of the ISWBC during 2 days.
- Speaking slots/abstracts (limited to one per registered participant, except for Plenary speakers, who are given 2 slots).
- Buffet lunch and coffee/tea at the ISWBC venue.
- Exclusive ISWBC merchandise and welcoming pack.
Additional services available, at cost, include:

- Ticketed events include Closing Gala Dinner, City Tour, Excursions, and field trips (from evening trips to day-long ones, and post-symposium excursions)
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or postponement of Congress due to unseen circumstances, registered and paid participants are entitled to a refund of their ISWBC registration fees, minus an administration fee. All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:
- Cancellation before 31 December 2025 – 50% Refund
- Cancellation on and after 1 January 2026 – No Refund
- The refund is subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- All refunds will be made after the conference.
- All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administrative fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
- Registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant.
